Enjoy the fresh sunrise from your bed and relax yourself in the swimming pool, elegantly designed villa with high beamed ceilings, wooden staircases, covered car parking. The house is located in a posh luxurious residential gated conclave, a spot with fine white sand and curling waves. Shops, restaurants, malls, tourist spots, hospitals and airport are well within a reach of few kms. The space 1. Our villa is a mezzanine structure with a separate full kitchen along with attached dining area. We have a living space at level 1 . 2. We have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are with a/c and 1 is non ac. 2. All rooms are accessible by stairs. 3. The swimming pool is private and its for the use of the guests staying at the property only. 4. Our property is not wheel chair accessible, It might not be suitable for some senior citizens, as there are steps and stairs in our villa. 5. Though you have sea view from many parts of our villa, We are not a beach front property. We are one house behind the beach front. Beach is roughly 40 feet from our villa. It's not a private beach. Guest access The whole villa is for the guests who stay with us. For safety reasons we dont recommend the guest to access our terrace and swimming pool between 9 am to 7pm.
