The space Guests will have access to a brand new one bedroom home with a well appointed kitchen and new furnishings. The home is equipped with a new washer and dryer conveniently located in the roomy walk in closet off of the bedroom. You will have cable and Wi-Fi. You will have access to the gym and beautifully landscaped pools and 40 person hot tub. There is a 75 inch television and very comfortable sectional sofa in the open main room. The bedroom has a television for your viewing as well. There is a private patio off of the kitchen with a grill and small table if you chose to dine outside. You have your own entrance and side yard but share a walkway to the attached main home. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. There is a shared wall. This is a one bedroom lock off from the three bedroom home. You can have access to the private pool with permission on certain days as well. Other things to note Dogs are accepted on approval only.
