Newly Remodeled, Cozy Studio Near Mt. Baker!

Hello! Our renovated studio condo is the perfect home base for anyone spending the day up near Mt. Baker! Located at the foothills of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest -- just minutes from dozens of incredible hiking trails, the idyllic Nooksack River and the town of Glacier. The unit features a brand new kitchenette, new paint, new furnishings and a cozy environment to unwind after a fun day in the outdoors! Please note there is not reliable wifi or cell service in the building / town. The space This studio is perfect for two people — it features a comfortable queen bed with new mattress, a small kitchenette complete with an oven and stovetop, full bathroom and dining area. Kitchen is stocked with frying pans, stock pot, ziplocks/foil, cooking utensils, dish soap, dishes, french press, tea kettle, toaster and ground coffee. Parking is free on the premise, and shared laundry is available. There is also a communal "Shuskan Den" in the basement of the building that has a pool table, games, TV with movies, and a fireplace. It’s a small space but has everything you need for a mountain getaway. Free community wifi is available but extremely slow and unreliable - we are usually only able to FaceTime Audio or iMessage. Outages are common in the area and out of hosts control. There is no cell service. No smoking or pets allowed in unit. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if this is not respected. Guest access Free on-site parking at the building. Other things to note Please note: power outages occasionally occur in the area due to the constantly changing weather. If the town (and thus our building) loses power during your stay, we are not able to make exceptions to the cancellation policy due to these circumstances being outside of our control. PSE generally restores power quickly, but it can take several hours depending on the severity. No pets or smoking. THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE IN TOWN.
