***NO PETS ALLOWED*** 9 miles from Zilker park and 7.5 miles from historic 6th street! Only 1 red light to go through before accessing Mopac (southbound; just 3 to go NB). Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment (759 sq ft) that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Quiet complex nestled in Northwest Hills. Large restroom and spacious kitchen with cozy living room area that includes cable TV (Spectrum) with HBO and other premium channels (Flix, Starz, etc). Secured Wi-Fi connection on property as well. The space Bedroom can accommodate at least 2 adults, while living room can hold additional 2-3. Couches are plush and able to be slept on, but coffee table can also be moved to allow for up to queen sized blow-up mattress. Choose to bring your own, or one available upon request for additional fee of $65/stay (minimum 2 consecutive rental nights). Wal-Mart and HEB are less than 2 miles away, and there are also dozens of restaurants within 5 miles, as the Arboretum (3 miles) and Domain shopping mall (5 miles) are just a few minutes up Mopac. Barton Creek Mall is also in the area, close to Zilker Park headed Mopac S. ***PLEASE NOTE: no children under age 10 and there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Any food, drinks, or condiments in the fridge or cabinets are accessible to visitors and there will be no additional charge if used up. The community pool and gym are not available for use by guests. Other things to note Host's personal items will be removed to allow for more space for renters. Reusable shopping bags will also be made available for trips to the grocery store.
