Lovely 1-bed apt in barn on beautiful horse farm

Enjoy our beautiful 90+acre working horse farm from your contemporary and well-appointed apt above a horse barn. Spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen including Keurig coffee & tea and basic supplies. The bedroom features a king-sized four-poster bed and a 42" TV (Roku). The apartment is filled with natural light and views of the farm from every window. Gorgeous, 20ft x 40ft in-ground swimming pool May to September (pool is shared) and endless trails to walk and hike. The space The apartment is located on the front side of a large horse barn. There are several horses stabled in the middle section of the barn and another rental apartment on the backside of the barn (also listed on Airbnb). The grounds are beautiful with gently sloping hills and fantastic views of the Berkshire and Catskill mountains in the distance. Nestled in the upper Hudson Valley, our farm has been a thoroughbred breeding farm for almost 25 years (previously the farm was owned by a polo player who competed at Mashomack Polo Club just 5 minutes down the road). Depending on the time of the year, you may see a variety of horses on the farm including foals, yearlings, mares, stallions, and racehorses. Conveniently located less than two hours from New York City, the Hudson Valley is known for its exceptional restaurants (not to mention the Culinary Institute of America which is 40 minutes from our farm), charming small towns, antique shops, farmer’s markets, etc. For the equestrian, there are numerous horse farms and riding stables nearby including Mashomack Polo Club (5 minutes away), Millbrook Horse Trials (16 minutes away), and world-class horse shows at HITS Saugerties (50 minutes away). Guest access In addition to this apartment, we also have two other listings in the same barn complex. Looking to bring your horse(s) with you? Other things to note An additional queen-sized bed can be brought in for additional guests (please let us know ahead of time). All comforters are hypoallergenic down alternatives. The duvet covers are organic cotton and the sheets and pillowcases are organic bamboo and extremely soft. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a 1st-floor private entrance. The stairway is open to the apartment but a baby gate can be installed upon request.
