The Annexe is spacious and perfect to enjoy with friends or family. There is lots of room all on one level. Guests have the choice of a luxury super king or a kingsized bedroom. The living space is open planned, with newly fitted kitchen and large dining space. Private bathroom with shower. A short drive from local amenities, but rural so can escape and relax. Free parking available for up to two cars. EV charging for additional charge. Allocated garden space. The space The space is unique in size. Over 800m2 of private space for guests to enjoy. We’ve also been called a bargain. All of this space can be enjoyed at a great price. Little touches will also welcome you - milk in the fridge so you can make tea or coffee and toiletries in case you’ve forgotten to pack anything. Guest access Guests have private use of the annexe - the only visitors keen to share are our friendly cat who sometimes try to pay a visit… just gently hiss Mango and he will leave you alone or feel free to welcome him in if you want company. The garden is a shared space but feel free to use this at your leisure. There are ample toys, climbing frame, football goal and swings. We do limit our children access to these when guests are staying to ensure privacy! There is also a relaxing hammock big enough to fit three or four people in which is up during summer months. We do have a hot tub but this is secured. Please do ask children to not access this and we ask that children are supervised whilst in the garden. The annexe is located in the garden and during rainy weather you can gently hear the trees and nature.
