Set high amongst the native beautiful bush overlooking Waikawa harbor is our lovely 5-bedroom home. You'll feel like this is a secluded hideaway but with the bonus of the beach & boat ramp just 5 minutes' walk. This home has 1 big front deck with lovely views of the marina. If you're after a getaway from the hustle and bustle our place is perfect for you. Picton is just 7 mins drive for dinning or 10 min walk down to our local bar by the Marina. Note we have stairs to climb but worth the view. The space Ground level is a large carport area for 4 cars & parking for a boat up to 5-6 metres. Up the stairs to the first floor living area is a modern Kitchen, dining and large lounge area with a big main deck for entertaining. Master bedroom & ensuite w private deck & entrance. Up more stairs to the Second story, 3 bedrooms (2 of the bedrooms have a deck for chilling) main full bathroom plus large bath. Yes more stairs to the third level, this has more space to chill and room for 2 single beds if needed. Next door to this property along the boardwalk is Vonny’s private art studio. Feel free to message Vonny to view her art & or if you need more space this can also be a self contained unit with a queen bed that may be available to book. There is a hot tub but depending on the season this can be a fire risk, so in Summer it can be used as a cooling tub. Guest access Access all parts of the main house except 1 locked laundry cupboard upstairs & 1 walk in wardrobe downstairs plus Large storage cupboards out the back by the Laundry are locked. Other things to note Next door to the house is my stand-alone fully contained Art Studio. It's a private dwelling totally separate to the Main house, if you’d like to view the art, directions are in the house manual. We have a cat called Mia she has an automatic feeding bowl. She sleeps out the back in her cubby hole. She may make herself known but mostly she likes to keep to herself. Please keep her out of the upstairs area for people who visit that have allergies🤓
