Nestled within a tree-lined neighborhood (watch for deer), this suite provides private entrance, full kitchen, king bedroom, private bathroom, and living room. Conveniently located 90 min to Asheville; 30 min to the Tri-Cities Airport/Johnson City; and, 10 min to Downtown Bristol. Diversity/inclusion celebrated here. The space The suite has at its heart a well-lit king-sized bedroom suite with a wall of closets, a 55" flat-screen smart tv, a chaise sofa that converts into a full size bed, and a desk with computer monitor and hdmi cord. Newly remodeled, the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The food prep and eating areas include a fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, a bar, and a table with four chairs. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, a tv with antenna for access to local channels, wifi base station for streaming services, and a hall tree in the entry way. The single level entrance has its own doorbell and only one 4" step separates the living area from the bedroom. Suite has a separate entrance into our privacy-fenced backyard with pond, seating, and grill. Please coordinate use of this shared area. Note that ours is a no smoking, no drugs, no parties, and no animals property. All guests must be age 12 or older. Bed linens, pillows, and six sets of towels (all washed with perfume- and dye-free detergent) are provided for your use during your stay. The kitchen contains cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, and food prep items, such as cutting board, knives, and measuring tools. For your convenience and the occasional mishap, we have provided basic cleaning supplies, including paper towels, trash bags, vacuum, broom, swiffer, and a few cleaners. However, we do not provide toiletries. Guest access Our home is approachable from three routes off the main thoroughfares of Bristol: 1 from Weaver Pike and 2 from Volunteer Parkway. Our private drive provides ample parking and enough room for two vehicles under the carport. Please coordinate use of carport with hosts. The City of Bristol provides a low-cost, fixed-route bus service weekdays from 6:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except holidays). However, this area does not have a bus stop, and there are no sidewalks in this residential area. Other things to note Note: We do not allow you to charge your electric vehicle on site due to insurance and local fire resources. We ask that you not smoke on premise. No parties, no drugs, please. No animals are allowed. Lastly, all guests must be 12 years or older due to the presence of a pond.
