The space *MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 8 Adults and 1 child* ✧ The chalet has three closed bedrooms: - Main bedroom on the ground floor with queen bed - Secondary bedroom on the mezzanine with queen bed - Tertiary bedroom in the basement with 3 single beds and a removable single mattress. In addition, on the mezzanine, there is a double futon on the open area to accommodate more guests. ✧ The chalet will be fully equipped to receive you. Bedding for the beds and extra sheets, pillows and blankets will be at your disposal. Towels for the shower and sanitary essentials (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) will also be on site. ✧ The kitchen has all the necessary tools for cooking, such as utensils, dishes, frying pans, pots, cookie sheets, blender, fondue and raclette dishes, food essentials, etc. The dining room can comfortably seat 6 people. ✧ On the terrace, there is a dining area that can accommodate 6 people, as well as the propane BBQ, so that you can enjoy a meal in front of the view of the sunset. ✧ The living area contains a television with Firestick, a large sofa, air conditioning and a console with books. ✧ On the mezzanine, there is the work desk with monitor, ergonomic chair and reading lamp. Adjacent is the double futon, and the closed bedroom. ✧ In the basement, there's a second living area with sofas, television with Firestick but also a DVD player and several films for all ages. There is also a pool table, board games and access to the spa through the patio door. ✧ On the ground floor there is a complete bathroom with bath-shower, sink and toilet. In the basement there is a second bathroom with toilet, sink and washer-dryer. ✧ Outside the property, you have access to a terrace on the side of the chalet, the balcony terrace with dining area, the spa which is open year round and the fire place which is accessible 3 seasons. It will not be cleared in winter, but you will have access to a shovel if you wish to use it. ✧ A small hill leads to the sandy and rocky beach, where you will have access to: ✔ 1 single kayak ✔ 1 double kayak ✔ 3 life jackets for adults ✔ 4 life jackets for children ✧ The Mattawin adventure activity center is located 10 minutes from the chalet to explore the region! Guest access ✦ By booking the chalet, you will have access to the entire interior and exterior spaces of the property, in complete privacy, with the exception of a storage cupboard which will be locked. ✦ By booking with us you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby! Other things to note - Dog Friendly Rules: We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding. ๏ Additional fees: $100 per stay per dog. ๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience on Airbnb. ๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old. ๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs. ๏ The cottage must be left clean and in order to facilitate the work of the housekeeping team, it must not appear that a dog was present. ๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", and must under no circumstances gain access to bedrooms or climb on furniture. ๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors. ๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean. *LADYBUGS*

 The changing seasons of spring and fall bring the arrival of small, colorful visitors seeking warmth: Asian ladybugs, an invasive species. You may encounter them during your stay during these periods. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health. *TV* We have two TVs in the unit but do not offer cable channels. They each have a Firestick so you can log into your Netflix, Prime, Disney +, etc. account. The basement TV also has a DVD player as well as several movies available for kids and adults. *KAYAKS* Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st. *BARBECUE* Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April. *FIREPLACE / LOGS* There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fireplace at your disposal, however, you must bring your own wood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual. The outdoor fire pit is not plowed from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the access. *WINTER ACCESSIBILITY OF THE COTTAGE* In winter, the road is plowed but has a fairly steep slope leading to the cottage. In case of a storm, it can be quite difficult without a 4x4. There are two 45-gallon black bins with salt and sand accessible to the tenant on the side of the road at the small hill (to their left if they are at the cottage).
