The loft apartment is 3* rated and has a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, coffee machine), sofa, dining area, bed and TV (French terrestrial, Freesat UK). It also has wireless internet. A perfect place to stay in south west Normandy. The space The property is set out as a studio apartment with dining area / kitchen space at one end, seating and TV in the middle and bedroom at the other end. It has a shower room also. Outside downstairs there is space to sit and relax, outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ and your private hot tub just for your use (open from April to end October/All Saints Holiday). The heated pool is open also from April to end October. It can be used in winter but is not heated. Guest access The village of Mantilly with a shop and restaurant is 15 minutes away on foot with easy parking. As we are a rural area we do recommend a car to drive around. Please note: no pets (dogs/cats) please in this gite. Other things to note Please be aware that the apartment is in a small complex and is above another holiday apartment. We do ask all guests to be quiet and enjoy the peace of the countryside, especially in the early morning and evening. The use of the jacuzzi and pool is included in the rental price when the facilities are open. We do make a charge for EV charging and cycle hire if available.
