Although the inside is fully modernized, the building is 30 years old and so the water pressure in the building is not able to provide something that may be familiar to you if you're living, for example, in the USA. If the reservation is for 4+ guests, and showers are taken at the same time, each person will have hot water for ~7-8 minutes. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (of three) without an elevator. The security can help with your luggage. Four single double-thick air mattresses can be provided upon request. In-home meals can be purchased. Simple cooked breakfasts offered by the cleaner for $10 (or 40,000 COP) per person, including drinks. The cleaner's husband is a certified chef who can cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner at an additional cost. You will discuss this directly with them only upon booking.
