THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too. The space The Annexe is part of our barn conversion yet is completely self-contained with its own entrance, off-road parking space and free WiFi throughout. On entering through the front door, you will find the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen area with concrete flooring. The bedroom then follows through from this area and is complete with a king size bed and en-suite which is separated by an industrial style sliding door. There is a large walk in shower with a heated towel rail. The Annexe has under-floor heating throughout which is especially lovely on your toes when you get in from a wintry walk. Mixing old, new and hand-made, the style of The Annexe reflects our eclectic tastes and allows a feeling of cosiness and tranquility. Guest access The Annexe is completely self-contained, with its own access/entrance and there are no shared spaces. There is parking in front of the property on the gravelled driveway. w3w ///scorching.woodstove.dare Other things to note Outdoor seating: Just to the front of The Annexe driveway and behind the hedge, I have made a lovely bench for you to sit at and enjoy the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Perfect for a cup of tea or glass of wine. Due to the rural nature of our location, we do recommend bringing a car to fully appreciate the whole area and to explore.
