Other things to note - We invoice your stay (send your tax receipt to the email we indicate). - Check in: after 3 pm. Check-out: by 11am. - Private parking for up to 2 vehicles inside the property. - The subdivision has controlled access and 24/7 security. - Refrigerator: turns on remotely. When you arrive, close the doors tightly and let us know to activate it. At check-out, leave it free of perishable food. - Access for deliveries: if you will order Uber, Didi or Rappi, let us know in advance to send you a QR. - Trash: collection MON, WED and FRI, approx. 5 pm. Use bags (under the sink) and place them in the outer metal container to avoid odors and insects. - Smoking is prohibited inside the house; only in the courtyard and picking up cigarette butts. - No parties, events, or additional unregistered guests are allowed. - For long stays, the guest can request extra cleaning service (at an additional cost). - The water supply is guaranteed with a tank and pump.
