Lovely private bathroom located by chapel hill

A nice peaceful bedroom located on the bottom floor of a 2 story town home. Has its own private bathroom with shower. towels are offered but 10 dollar fine for any towel that is missing or damaged during your stay. Pets are allowed with a 20 dollar deposit per night the animal stays. Its located within walking distance from downtown chapel hill. (ex. walking distance to franklin st.) During your stay I will be available anytime before and during your stay for any further questions.
