The little house is on the first floor with a beautiful view of the mainland and Daniela Beach, with an outdoor area and a barbecue covered by a pergola, two bedrooms: single and double, both with a mezzanine with a mattress, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is compact and has a stove, refrigerator, sink, cabinets and utensils. The house has TV, fiber optic WIFI, air conditioning, small laundry room, washing machine that dries. We are located a six-minute walk from the wooded Ponta da Luz Beach with calm waters. 1.4 km away from the house is Sambaqui Beach. The location area is wide, with a garden, green fences and a wall, fruit trees and a little Atlantic forest. We have chickens and geese on the grounds. Every day we receive visits from birds typical of the region such as the blue jay, thrushes, aracuãs, saracuras, hummingbirds and numerous species of butterflies, as well as marmoset monkeys.
