Welcome to "Casa Bianca", the most perfectly cozy lakehouse getaway for families and friends. Surround yourself with style in my beautiful home in the heart of the Poconos! My home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 6 beds. It comfortably sleeps a total of 8-10 guests. Cots are available for additional guests for an added fee. The home is stylishly decorated, with all the amenities you'll want in your Poconos vacation. Enjoy the hot tub, game room, or a canoe ride in the lake! The space This home is a classic colonial style, with 3 large bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, and garage/game room. The Master bedroom features a Queen bed with a 70" Smart TV. Attached is a large walk-in closet with a pack-n-play crib, and a large, full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and dual sinks. Across the hall are bedrooms 2 and 3, and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and 43" smart TV. Bedroom 3 features 4 twin beds, bunked up. Downstairs you can enjoy a breakfast at the kitchen island, or dinner at the dining table. After dinner, enjoy a family movie night in the living room on the 70" Smart TV. Located directly accross from the North Lake, this home is perfect for those looking kayak, canoe, go fishing, or simply enjoy a nice view of the lake on a relaxing morning right from the bedroom window or front porch.. Guest access Located in the Penn Estates gated community in East Stroudsburg, PA, this home is just 1.5 hours from Central NJ and NYC. Finding the community on GPS is quick and easy, but you'll want a 4x4 vehicle during the winter months as it snows quite a lot in the mountains. You may park in the driveway, which fits up to 6 cars. Self checkin via the keypad lock. Within our gated community you can enjoy the pools, multiple lakes, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, gym, and the local restaurant, The Chill Grill. The lake in front of the home is great for kayaking and fishing, and you can swim at the lake beach at the adjacent lake, a 5-10 minute walk. The community has a lot of vacation rentals. It's safe and beautiful, and I love spending time here, enjoying the nature. Other things to note Please respect our neighbors. This is an area designed to enjoy peace and nature, NOT to have wild parties. There are strict quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. Absolutely no fireworks! Dogs are welcome! Dog bowls and a dog bed included. A additional $100 cleaning fee will apply if you bring a dog.
