Number 4 has all new kitchen & bathroom with ocean view throughout, even in the shower! Includes all amenities. No smoking on the property! Take it easy on your private balcony at this unique and tranquil beach getaway. The space This apartment is on the second floor with a private balcony facing the sea. Has a full kitchen. Screens on both the front & back doors provide great through breezes! No air conditioning but ceiling and portable fans and the sea breeze will keep you cool. Our filtered tap water is safe to drink! Guest access There are beach chairs & coolers available for guest use. Rental car is recommended. Plenty of parking in front of the building. Go through the gate on the LEFT side of the building and go up two short flights of stairs. Other things to note Great Wi-Fi for Tele-work. Our tap water is safe to drink. As you probably have learned, the cistern and even the city water on St. Croix is not safe to drink without considerable processing. We have installed a major 4-stage filter system that treats all water to the building, making it safe to use for drinking, cooking, and all other uses. The water was tested by a certified lab to confirm purity and safety. The test results may be provided upon request.
