Enjoy a relaxing stay in this studio apartment with a king size bed and private bathroom with access to laundry room. Located less than 10 minutes from nearly everything in Franklin (including downtown Franklin, I-65, Cool Springs, Williamson County Agricultural Center etc.) This space is in a wooded quiet and cozy neighborhood and is perfect for traveling couples or singles. We are also 5 minutes away from Berry Farms Shopping Center which has a Publix, restaurants, coffee, and boutique shops. The space The back patio overlooks a meadow with a small creek running through it, leading to the Harpeth River. The quaint farmhouse style studio mingled with the surrounding lush nature makes for a perfect Southern getaway! You will be staying in the lowest level of the house, and have total privacy. There is a private entrance through the back patio, so you can come and go during your stay. There is also a lock on on the private room. There is a breakfast bar available with a kettle, coffeemaker, microwave and mini-fridge, with snacks provided. A private bathroom is located within the room. A washer and dryer is also available, along with towels and bedding. The room also has a small walk-in closet with hangers, for you to store your items. Guest access Parking is available on either side of the parking pad near the garage, the front of the house, or on our side of the street. During your stay I will greet you and briefly show you around the space when you arrive. Then, I can visit with you as much or as little as you'd like. If you'd like complete privacy, that is great too. Also, if you've like suggestions for things to do around the area, I'd be happy to provide them as a local who has lived here 30+ years.
