The house is in a superb elevated location within 3 minutes walk to the Perranporth beach and 5 mins to the Perranporth high street. A spacious and high-spec newly fitted kitchen, 2 family bathrooms, 2 super-king size bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, living room and dinning area. There are front and side gardens give plenty of privacy and useful space for storing water sport equipments. The space There are four bedrooms, two with super king size bed and two with double bed. There is an additional double sofa bed in the living room and an additional king size Air bed stored in the cupboard upstairs. There are two bathrooms in the house, one downstairs and one upstairs.
