We welcome you to The Spa at Port Royal Sound - a 21 acre, 24x7 guarded community of 268 villas located away from the more crowded parts of Hilton Head Island, yet only a few minutes from all the restaurants, shopping, & water activities the island has to offer. Nestled between historical points of interest and parks, you'll enjoy the beautiful views and plentiful wildlife. It's not uncommon to see photographers, bird watchers, and even weddings using this area as a backdrop. STR Permit 40430 The space Our condo is our personal beach getaway too, so we try to make our space just as comfortable for you and your family. The beach is a short 2 minute walk past the pools and lagoon. Our one bedroom and full bath space also offers 2 built in ocean themed bunks the kids will love! The open living space offers a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and 40” Roku smart TV, DVD and cable for entertainment. Enjoy coffee or tea on the screened in balcony, that overlooks the tennis courts, where we store beach gear for your use. A washer / dryer is also in the unit. We have WiFi if you have to work remotely. We also own an additional 2 bedroom + 2 bath unit next door on the same floor if your group needs additional space (not included in this unit's rates) Other things to note *** THIS IS A THIRD FLOOR CONDO OF A 3 STORY BUILDING WITH NO ELEVATORS *** It is only 2 flights of stairs from the ground level PARKING PASS FEE of $25 will be collected by guard upon arrival - No cash accepted.
