Rosebud Barn (Newly Refurbished) King Bed

Converted barn with separate access and exclusive use of the entire self-contained space. Private off-road parking with Type 2 Charger for EVs. The bedroom includes a king-size bed and chest of drawers for storage. HD TV in lounge; WiFi (95mbps down); Alexa speakers with smart lights throughout (you can still just use the switches);voice-activated smart heating (again, you can just press the buttons); the fully-fitted kitchen includes kettle, microwave,FF, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The space As indicated in the photos the bed is located under the eaves, which means people who are blessed with being tall need to be a bit careful. With the exception of a low beam between the kitchen and stairway (old property charm), all other ceilings are a normal height so you would not need to be ducking all of the time. The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed. Please indicate in your booking if you require use of the sofa bed to ensure that you have the appropriate bedding from the onset of your stay. Please note that whilst we have set the guest capacity to four, Rosebud Barn is set-up to be most comfortable for two people. Four will fit to sleep (king bed and double sofa bed), but it will be a squeeze to dine or cosy-up on the sofa. Bath It's a brand new, high-powered electric boiler at Rosebud Barn, but it's not the greatest at running a very hot bath for a long relaxing soak. However, it is perfectly adequate for a functional dip. To optimise the bath water temperature you’ll need to run the bath not quite at full speed else it will just be warm. Try topping up with the shower too. Guest access Off-road parking available for up to two cars down the side of the main house on approach to the barn. One electric type two charger for EVs too. Please enquire about the use of the EV charger before using it to arrange payment for usage at cost. Currently this is 29p/kWh (Jan 2024) but it is subject to change. Located just off Liverpool Road, the main street running through Eccles. About 10-15 mins' brisk walk from the tram stop as well as the train station. Great motorway connections within 5 minutes' drive. The Trafford Centre is just a few minutes' drive away full of shops, restaurants and a cinema. Other things to note Security cameras cover the driveway, pointing away from the property. These are there for the security of cars parked and security of our house and garden. They are motion activated and will likely see your arrival and departure, but not inside Rosebud Barn as they point away from the gate. We also have a camera pointed at our garden, again this cannot see inside.
