Other things to note Pls adhere the following house rules for comfortable stay. -All foreigner require to send their passport and Visa copy before their check in. They also require to fill Form C as per Indian Govt Norms. -All domestic travelers require to send/produce ID proof before/ at the time of check in. -Kindly treat this as second home like your own and handover the apartment in the same neat and clean condition before check out as it is given while check in. -Any damages to property or utilities or any electronic appliance will be charged before check out. -Guest need to wash Dishes or utensils in the kitchen ,if used, before check out. -Society has quiet hours for guests between 10 pm to 6 am to avoid any kind of complaints raised by neighbor residents/guests during night time. -Loud Music, parties , events are not allowed. No shouting in corridors or in premises. Please maintain calm and holistic Environment in the property. -Check in window 1 PM - 11 PM and check out time is 10 AM. However we are flexible in early check in or Late Check out on chargeable basis subject to availability. Pls check with Host before booking to avoid any conflict. -Strictly prohibited Alcohol, Non Veg or any kind of Drug usage in the apartment. -Guest need to handover the apartment keys to our staff or as communicated by host before check out. -in case of loss of keys or not giving the apartment keys back to property, guest could attract heavy penalty of 5000 INR or more as it could impact our future guest bookings and cost involves to install new locks. -Please Switch off electric appliances (A.C, Geyser, Exhaust fan , Lights, Fans) and Gas Stove when not in use and before leaving the premises.
