There is on street parking with a code/swipe pass to access the house. - 2kms away from Port Kembla beach, which was voted the best beach in NSW! - 12min drive to Wollongong. The Pork Kembla main street is just a few minutes walk away with cafes, bakeries, hairdressers, a day spa, clubs and pubs. There is no WIFI but a TV in the bedroom only The space - Own room with comfortable queen bed, en-suite and built in, mirrored wardrobe - no stairs - Share accommodation with me and my doggo - You have own bedroom and en-suite bathroom, we share the kitchen/living. - free on street parking (no permit required) - Public transport 400 meters away - Pub, Club, Shops, Cafes 200 meters away - Public swimming pool (less than 2kms away) - Beach 1.5kms away You will also have access to the following shared spaces: - laundry with washer and dryer - clothes line/clothes horse - lounge/ dining room - kitchen During your stay I work from home so I am available most of the time. Other things to note I am available via message from 6am-8:30pm.
