The two-bedroom apartment will be completely at your disposal, except for the storage room. The apartment operates without traditional keys, giving you full flexibility to check in and out at any time, 24/7. One day before your arrival, you’ll receive a personal access code to ensure a smooth and straightforward check-in. Your comfort and safety are a priority. The building features 24/7 on-site security, controlled access points, and CCTV coverage in all common areas. Professional lobby staff and security personnel are always present, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 8th floor and features noise-reduction windows for comfort. Bogotá is a vibrant capital city, and like any central location, some daytime city noise may be noticeable. The ongoing construction of Bogotá’s first metro line is part of this wider urban development and mainly affects daytime hours. Most guests rest comfortably with the windows closed, and earplugs are provided if preferred. For added convenience, a smart doorbell is installed at the apartment entrance. This allows us to assist remotely if needed, for example in case an access code is forgotten. As part of standard building procedures, guests are required to share ID details via the Airbnb platform at least 24 hours before arrival. This allows us to register access with the building’s administration and security team and helps ensure a smooth check-in. Building amenities such as the rooftop pool, sauna, and gym are available to guests and require advance booking through the building system.
