Located on the edge of the Croom Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest, this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath is super clean and well stocked. Full kitchen and laundry. It is 1 block to the forest trailhead for hiking, biking, and horseback riding and 1 block to the Perry Oldenburg Wildlife Area. 8 miles to downtown Brooksville and 3 miles to Nobleton and the Withlacoochee River. Kayaks and bikes available. No indoor pets. Fenced yard. Horse boarding available. The space You will have the entire home to relax in. The beds consist of one queen, one full, and one twin with a trundle below. A queen air mattress is available, also. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, small appliances, etc. Spectrum WIFI is ready for streaming and the furnishings include a dvd player and tv. Outside, our horses love to be petted right over the backyard fence. Firewood is provided for campfires whenever you want one. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note Our horses often stand across the fence behind the house and they love fruit and veggie treats. A guest RV is sometimes on the property but they do not access the house.
