The space The house consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, with access to a large terrace perfectly furnished with its respective garden furniture and gas grill. From the terrace there is a beautiful panoramic view of the coast and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as a private saltwater pool, with sun loungers to fully enjoy the sun in summer. A nice and cozy living room with a large terrace which has access to a smaller terrace and panoramic views. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a separate tub and shower in different rooms. The accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and there is also Wi-Fi available throughout the house. This house is totally unique, as there are not many of these houses in Benalmádena Pueblo on the market and especially not with its own pool, so modern and well renovated. Guest access There are no common areas in this community as the entire property is for guests who rent it.
