Comfy Cozy - Between Columbia Mall & Downtown

Location has easy access to the interstate and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a Gerbes grocery right across the street. Along with the private room, is an awesome shared living area guests are welcome use. It's stocked with Keurig coffee, water in the mini-fridge, a microwave, and some breakfast items. We do have dogs you may hear from time to time, but we keep them quiet as possible. The space Guests are welcome to use the shared living area in the basement and use of the TV is fine too. Chromecast is available to stream shows and movies. Guest access We ask that guests do not enter rooms other than their guest room, shared living area and bathroom which are all located in the basement level on the house. There is also a back patio at the basement entrance, but is currently not furnished. During your stay Check-in is from 3pm-5pm but that is flexible, please let me know if you plan to arrive outside that time window so I am prepared. I try to meet guests when they arrive, unless it's later at night. Let me know if you'd like more or let interaction and I am happy to accommodate.
