Nestled on the edge the quiet Washington-Willow Historic Dist, but within walking distance of all the action; 1 block from DICKSON ST, 0.6 miles to U of A, 1 mi to Razorback Stadium, & 0.3 miles to Wilson Park. The house has been fully renovated while preserving its original charm and authenticity. Enjoy the evergreen trees from the back porch or roast marshmallows around the fire pit on the stone patio. The basement is a favorite hang out spot with full size pool table and ping pong table as well as a big screen TV. The retro kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your culinary creativity. Our driveway is adjacent to the neighbors driveway on the left so please be sure to park only on our side (closest to the house). Street parking is not allowed. Parking on slate area in front of the house is not allowed. Parking on sidewalk is not allowed. Please pull cars forward so that the sidewalk that goes through the driveway is not blocked. Other things to note Events and parties are not allowed. No parking on the slate area in front of the house or on the sidewalk area that goes through the end of the driveway.
