This is our own apartment which we are happy to rent to nice families while we are away. It has a stunning panoramic sea view from the main bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and an outside cooking and dining area. The outside terrace also looks out to the sea and there's sun all day long. The terrace is built around the flat and there's a main big dining table and a smaller quiet one round the corner. We also have an air-condition downstairs. The space Although Los Martinez complexhas already become very popular and sought after but still quite a few flats have a direct sea view from rooms and even less panoramic views. Another detail is that for us kitchen is the heart of home, and we both like to cook so we make sure that in case you want to cook there's everything you may possibly need. Even a pasta maker! :) Guest access Apart from everything that our flat offers there's a nice communal area in our gated complex. It has a swimming pool, kids playground and a paddle tennis court. Swimming pool has a nice loan which is lovely for the little ones or just for some relaxing reading.
