The space We welcome you to our 3 Bedroom/ 2 bathroom home to enjoy during your short-term and/or long-term stay. The home is fully equipped whether you are traveling for business or just getting away. Quarterly, we perform pest control on the home to help prevent pest but we know that some common insects may still get away. (Spiders, Stink Bugs, Fly's and Ants) We are consistently updating our home and always attempt to finish the updates before each stay. Please excuse any mess we may have during these updates. -Shared back yard Guest access The entire home is fully furnished so if your stay is for the weekend, long-term or in between you can feel right at home. Our home are set up to be comfortable and affordable when you are traveling or in between. Please remember that this is a home, not a hotel and please treat the space with respect & I promise I will treat you with utmost respect & courtesy during your stay. Other things to note If the below house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund. -> Please note that this listing is for the upper level of our home, the lower level is rented separately. → We absolutely do not allow smoking in the home and you will be asked to leave if found smoking inside the home and will be charged a $200 smoke cleaning fees. ( We have placed a Tin can in the backyard for you to place your buds) → We honor the no excessive noise hours after 11:30 PM to prevent disturbance in our community (No Parties) → For any additional guest over 5, you will be charged an fee per night and this includes infants. (If you do not list all guest before your stay, the additional guest fee will be tripled and charged to your account.) → We welcome all fluffy guest to stay in our homes, an additional charge is applied to your booking for the additional cleaning charges. (Max 2 Pets per reservation) Pets not listed on your reservation, will be charged double the pet fee to your reservation. → For the security of our guest and safety of our home, there are security cameras pointed towards all entrance ways of the home and the kitchen. These cameras are mounted either on the inside and/or outside of the home and recording 24/7. →Please clean up after yourself, we attempt to keep our cleaning fees & rates low and this will help us to continue . → No Parties & No Smoking. If either of these are violated, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund and you will be asked to leave with authorities. While you are our guest, please remember that this is a home and not a hotel.
