Relax and enjoy the beautiful flower beds, trees and nature. Take long walks on the trails that abut the property. We have Decorated in a MINIMALIST STYLE to not clutter the home. We have used WEST ELM and CB2 furniture for the living rooms and dining rooms . Home is set over two floors, 2 bathrooms, 2 working fireplaces each on a separate floor. 1 Outdoor Screened covered porch. 2 balconies, 1 patio. Home sleeps Maximum of 8. Entry - walk up stairs to the main level equipped with open kitchen, which leads to the open dinning room (dinning table seats 6) full of large windows to over look nature and covered screened in deck with additional Seating .On the opposite side of the kitchen is a large living room with a working fireplace. On the right side of the main floor are 2 bedrooms and a 1 full bathroom. One large bedroom with a king size bed, an additional bedroom with a twin. Lower level downstairs where you will find an additional living area with a working fireplace. Additional Sofa and gaming chair . Office with a large desk with a beautiful view of nature. 2 large bedrooms both with one queen size bed, the other with a full and 1 full bath, and washer dryer room. -self check-in & self check-out with keyless door (keypad access code) -fast wireless internet -large screen TV - car port - desk with workspace -Fully equipped kitchen Guest access Whole house. You will have sole access while you are there -Access to pool while in season JULY & AUGUST (for additional possible dates inquire) (Pool heating available for a fee Per Day to be determined in season) !!!!!! -Access to tennis court while in season weather permitted (dates to be decided) NO ANIMALS or PETS allowed. Owners and their children are highly allergic! Other things to note NO PARTIES or EVENTS NO more then 8 GUESTS allowed at one time on the Property . The Town does not allow more then 8 people without a permit . NO more then 4 total Vehicles on the property at any time unless permission is given ahead of time by the Host . The Town of Storrs will fine / ticket additional cars Do Not park on the Grass we have landscaping that will be damaged and you will be charged for any damage . **Non-Refundable Payment Terms**: All payments are non-refundable after check in or services are provided, and chargebacks are considered a breach of contract.
