This central Barooga home has many entertaining spaces for groups to enjoy. Enjoy a BBQ on the front porch, or sun bake on the lounges next to the pool. The backyard also features a projector screen for movies and gaming. The combined indoor/outdoor living truly brings the natural beauty of Australia into the home. The Murray River (Quicks Beach) is just a three minute drive, while the golf club, pub, mini golf, virtual video game centre and botanical gardens are just a short walk away. The space This peaceful retreat has open plan living on a huge corner block with generous yard space. There is a secure high fence around property with back gates so you know children will be safe here. Ample parking on the street, driveway and remote single garage for security. Great front deck for BBQ and place to watch the sunset with the birds. In the backyard is a pool with a projector screen for movies and gaming and also lots of lounges for sun baking. This house is truly built for entertaining as there are many areas one can enjoy. Shady trees on that hot day to relax with fake grass creating a secret cubby. There is a huge Smart TV (log in and watch your favourite shows on Netflix/Stan/Kayo etc), good wifi, a music speaker and board games for group activities. There is a split system A/C for cooling in the living room and three of the bedrooms including the master which are cleaned professionally twice per year to prevent mould. (If you have CIRS/mould sensitivity, please know our daughter also has it and does not react in this house.) The single bedroom has a fan. Split system can be used for heating as well as the log wood heater in the lounge and the central gas heating. A washing machine and dryer are here for those extended stays. Only a three minute drive to the Murray River means you can pop in and out of the house on hot days for swimming, boating and more. We have fishing rods in the garage if you wish to cast a line in the river, as well as blow up floats. A running track is just down the road as well. Guest access Depending on booking numbers, there is access to four bedrooms (including master with WIR and ensuite), two bathrooms, entertainment front deck, lockable garage, laundry with washing machine and dryer and plenty of parking. Please note that bedrooms will be locked that are not paid for. Other things to note - Please note there is a caravan stored in the south-east corner of the property as pictured. No one is staying in this caravan. - This property is mould free and CIRS friendly. Our daughter is very sensitive to mould and she does not react in this house at all.
