Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! The space This ranch style mountain retreat is 1,195 sq feet. Just one mile to historic Idaho Springs yet private and secluded. This cabin has a beautiful kitchen-centric design. Custom chef’s kitchen with oven and electric stove. Each bedroom has vaulted ceiling’s at the opposite end of the home. The cabin is located 1 mile up a dirt road, with no streetlights. The cabin is easily visible from the road. 4 wheel or all wheel drive is recommend during snowy months. Snow will be shoveled prior to guests arrival, but after that, it's the guest’s responsibility. Please be cautious as sidewalk can be icy pending inclement weather. A shovel and salt are both provided. If guest(s) have a limitation, please notify host regarding snow removal. Host are not responsible for any falls or accidents related to snow/ice. Native Colorado wildlife can be seen from time to time in our area. This includes but is not limited to fox’s, turkeys, deer and bears. Two uncovered parking spaces are located right next to the cabin. No parties, events, candles, outdoor fires or outdoor grilling are allowed. No firearms. If we discover that you have violated any of these house rules, you will be required to leave immediately, and no refund will be given. We welcome responsible pet owners! Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Pet owners must pick up and properly dispose of all waste. No pet supplies are provided. A limit of 2 pets per reservation. No mobile home, camper parking, or trailers are permitted. Guest access You will have access to the entire cabin. Other things to note Our internet is provided through Starlink. While it tends to be a strong signal, it can be slow or down from time to time. No credit will be given if service is slow or down during your stay. Most cells phones should work at the cabin.
