You are sitting on top of the World with a panoramic ocean view filled with palms and teak trees... monkeys and parrots swinging below… the perfect escape hatch from the crazy world we live in. Work Virtually! Roads were recently paved YEA!!! Just 10 minutes drive up from Samara village to a mountaintop where you’ll find yourself facing ocean views as far as the eyes can see! The space Our home is located in a beautiful, peaceful and quiet mountain town 10 minutes away from Samara Beach. The house has 2 large bedrooms. King and Queen beds. Each bedroom in the house has a bathroom with a shower. The master living room boasts a Blue Bali couch from Thailand, great dining table adjacent to the kitchen. The outside patio also has a dining set with fresh air breezes blowing throughout the surrounding teak forest. Plenty of patio lounge chairs throughout. Of course, there is a laundry room and other amenities, Tommy Bahama umbrellas, beach towels and folding beach chairs for your trip down to Samara Beach or Playa Carrillo, one of the best beaches in Guanacaste. Guest access You have access to the Main house and grounds. You can have up to 4 guests total. All rooms are fully separated for privacy. Other things to note We ask you to please take good care of our lovely home. No parties allow on the property. Our house is located in a beautiful, peaceful and quiet town and we like it that way. Please be mindful to our neighbors and do not play loud music between 9pm to 7am. Please turn off the AC when you are not in the house. Kindly use our new Balinese couch for enjoying the views and the tv only(no food on coffee table or couch) The dining tables are set for meals. Leave the house locked up properly every time you leave, close all glass doors and windows, turn off all AC’s and all areas that require attention for security of the home.
