The space This spacious studio suite measures approximately 288 - 500 square feet. You will enjoy one king bed and one sleeper sofa. Additional amenities include a kitchenette and a balcony/patio. Some studios have a loft with king bed. Maximum occupancy is four. U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in. There is a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite. Transportation is required for shopping and recreation. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information before hand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.
