Home offers a relaxing outdoor space following your family’s daily adventures. When not lounging by the pool, enjoy a peaceful hike, a round of golf, spa day or head to a stadium for a spring training game! HOME AMENITIES: Three bedroom and two bath w/private pool BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King Bed, walk in closet, private bath with dual sinks, toilet room Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Full Bed ***Please note that none of the bedrooms have a shared wall! 2nd full bath with tub Additional Sleeping: Queen Air Mattress & Pack ‘n Play Private pool so bring your floaties or use some of the ones we have provided! The pool is self cleaning and will run during the day to keep it sparkling clean. It is also serviced weekly! ****Pool may be heated by request Nov-April for a fee of $50 day. Heating is dependent on the AZ weather as the heater will not work when temps drop below 45 degrees at night.**** INDOOR LIVING: KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker/ water, oven, microwave, cooking basics, cooking accessories, coffee maker, blender, knife set, toaster oven, kettle, dishware & flatware, plastic dishware for the pool, serving platters, pots and pans, wine, martini, beer glasses, wine rack, mixing bowls with pantry space to store all your food. Dining room table seats 6. LIVING ROOM: Couch that seats 6, 55” Smart TV ready to be logged into your Netflix, Disney+ or assorted other streaming platforms. There is a Cox box for streaming or a digital antenna for local channels. The home also includes panoramic WIFI, DVD Player & movies, books, and a vast selection of board/card games. BATHROOMS: Shower curtains, hair dryer (in primary bathroom), toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath towels. GENERAL: Step free, single level home, WIFI, central heating & air conditioning, ceiling fans in living and primary bedroom, standing fans in bedroom 2 and 3, keyless entry, washer & dryer, laundry detergent, linens & towels, pool towels, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, iron and ironing board, air pump, vacuum cleaner. Laptop-friendly workspaces available in the primary and third bedroom. Cornhole, ping pong, pool toys and floaties are located in the garage and available to use during your stay. (please return them to the garbage or cupboard DRY at the end of your stay) Local area “Things to do” and some city guides with attractions are provided in the basket of the main entry. OUTDOOR LIVING: Pool with waterfall feature, BBQ, fenced-in yard, lounge chairs, hammock, small patio table and seating, palm trees, flowers, cornhole, pool toys and floaties, towel bar to hang up wet towels and bathing suites, 2 beach cruisers and helmets to check out the neighborhood. Pool (depth 3’ - 5’), NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Pool is maintained once a week and can be heated November thru April for $50.00 per day. PARKING: | Driveway (2 vehicles) Other things to note NEAR BY: This home is within walking distance to 2 private neighborhood parks. One has a basketball court, soccer field with nets, swing set and playground and the other has a playground and open grass area. With pedestrian cut throughs, you are only a 10 minute walk to Starbucks, the closest nail salon and even axe throwing. You will also have an easy drive to restaurants, shopping, parks, and recreation centers along with fun ways to spend your day - from sunrise to sunset Easy access around town as we are minutes away from loop 303 and 25 minutes from the 101.
