Downstairs is a full kitchen, dining area for 6 (or well lit workspace), half bathroom, living area w/ new 65" TV ( w/ cable & WiFi). 10 minutes from historic downtown. Family friendly resort community w/ pools, tennis courts. Beach chairs & towels provided. The master suite is a private retreat with vaulted ceilings, a super comfortable king sized bed, en suite master bathroom, new smart TV, and sliding-glass doors to a private balcony. The balcony has spectacular views of the beach and the main resort pool and is a great spot to watch for shooting stars at night. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with silky bamboo sheets and a cozy comforter, a medium sized TV with DVD player, and a separate, private bathroom. The easy to maneuver kitchen is well-stocked with new major and minor appliances, cookware, utensils, and all the dishes you need to prepare and enjoy meals with your family or friends. If you prefer trying the great area restaurants for dine in or takeout, you may get more use out of the microwave oven and refrigerator. At mealtime, many guests prefer to use the covered patio's table and four chairs instead of the dining room. The dining room table is still a great place to play games, lay out maps of your next sightseeing adventure or set up your laptop computer for some remote work. The living room has a new 65” Vizio 4K HD TV and plenty of seating including a soft leather sectional with removable back cushions for additional sleeping accommodations. The double sliding glass doors lead to the second floor covered balcony which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or evening cocktails listening to the waves and watching the moon rise over the Atlantic. Flocks of pelicans, an occasional Osprey and other sea birds are a common sight. Washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs, between the bedrooms. Tennis courts, 2 pools and a basketball half-court are located on Sea Place grounds for guest use. There is a separate, large parking area for watercraft and trailer parking located a few minute walk away (behind building 13). Free parking. Two guest parking passes are provided. My husband Scott and I will be available by call or text in the event you need assistance during your stay. Sea Place is a great ocean side family friendly community. There are several 3 story condominium buildings as well as patio homes and single family dwellings. There is free parking throughout Sea Place including several spots right in front of the unit and some reserved for handicapped permitted vehicles. There is a specific lot that allows trailered watercraft parking with a hose for convenient vessel rinsing. Vehicles are allowed to drive on the beach via designated access points but most of the year 4 wheel drive is required.
