Welcome to The Corner Cottage in Aransas Pass, Tx where Farmhouse meets Beach house. Here you can relax and unwind in this beautifully decorated, cozy little home. This home has been rebuilt and updated since hurricane Harvey so everything is fresh and new with lots of unique touches! This home is about 5 minutes away from the ferry to Port Aransas and the beach. Rockport Beach is a quick 15 minute drive and Corpus Christi is under 30 minutes away! Perfect area for fishing and boating! No pets. The space This cute little home can accommodate up to 5 guests MAX and offers two bedrooms and one bath. You’ll find 1 queen bed in the master bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed in the bunk bedroom. Please do not sleep on the couch. Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the garage and plenty of space for parking, boats, kayaks, fishing poles etc. The house is fenced in with lots of yard space for grilling, playing and relaxing. We provide enough basic supplies to get our guests stay started. Guest may need to purchase additional amenities as needed once the provided amenities have been used during your stay. We are a pet and smoke free home. Plenty of parking for vehicles, boats and more! No pets allowed. This home is occasionally occupied by persons with sever and life threatening allergies. This has been posted as required by the City of Aransas Pass, some occupants are allergic. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, garage, front and backyard. Guests do not have access to any of the owners closets which have been properly labeled or locked. While there are no stairs there is a step to get in the front door. No pets allowed. Other things to note This property is in Aransas Pass, Tx. If you are looking to go to the beach you must drive less than 10 minutes to the ferry to Port Aransas. No pets allowed. This home is occasionally occupied by persons with sever and life threatening allergies. This has been posted as required by the City of Aransas Pass, some occupants are allergic. Absolutely no animals/livestock/pets of any kind are allowed on or in the house/property, so please do not ask. We offer a pet free rental for those who suffer from severe allergies caused by animals. Even after cleaning, pets/animals/livestock cause allergies to other guests. There are plenty of pet friendly rentals and hotels in our area. Absolutely no smoking inside the house or garage. Absolutely no parties. Absolutely no tampering with security cameras and owner’s closets. Absolutely no cleaning of fish in the house or on the property. Absolutely no fire pits on the property. This house has a 5 guest MAXIMUM limit. All guests will be asked to leave and the reservation will be canceled without any refund if this 5 guest MAX limit is broken. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in this 750 square foot home. Guests have access to the garage and washer and dryer in the garage. There are 2 beds in the bunk room, 1 bed in the master. Please do not sleep directly in the couch or protective covers. We leave fresh linens and pillow cases in a bag located in the master bedroom closet. There will be a $500 fee added in addition to any other costs accompanied by any damage done by the guest and if any house rules are broken and must be paid in full by the guest.
