Welcome to the Eternal City! My home is located in the historic district of Trastevere, the vibrant heart of the city with its streets full of typical restaurants and shops, just a few steps from Trastevere train station and the Tram 8 stop. The recently renovated apartment is very spacious and features a large living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. The perfect spot to experience Rome like a local! The space My apartment is located on the fifth floor of a residential building equipped with an elevator. Being very spacious, it is perfect for families or groups of friends! The living room is the heart of my home, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, watch television, or browse the internet (with free and fast Wi-Fi available). If cooking is your passion, you'll find everything you need to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped, easy to use, and includes a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two spacious and bright bedrooms, with large windows and comfortable double beds. All beds are prepared with soft and clean linens to ensure you a good rest! You'll have plenty of space to store your clothes and personal items inside the wardrobes in each room. The two bathrooms, furnished in modern style, are both equipped with a spacious shower and are the perfect place to relax and take care of yourself. You'll find a supply of detergents and shampoo, a hairdryer, and a set of clean towels for each guest. There is also a balcony on the brightest side of the house where you can relax and enjoy the mild climate of my beautiful city! In the hallway, you'll also find a washing machine (no dryer) and a drying rack to comfortably wash your clothes at home and let them air dry. During the winter, you can stay warm with the centralized heating system, while in the summer, you can independently use the air conditioning to cool down. Guest access For your stay, the house will be entirely at your disposal, cleaned and fully equipped by a professional cleaning company. The setup includes bedding (sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and blankets), bathroom linens (face and body towels for each guest), hand soap, and toilet paper. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! DOCUMENTS. Upon check-in, all guests will be required to present a valid identification document. LATE CHECK-IN. After 8:00 PM, check-in is possible ONLY upon availability and payment of an extra charge, to be paid in cash upon arrival: · from 8:00 PM = €20 · from 9:00 PM = €30 · from 10:00 PM = €40 · from 11:00 PM = €50 No check-ins allowed after midnight! ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES. For stays exceeding 15 nights, there is a mandatory extra cleaning every 2 weeks, at an additional charge.
