Shared driveway, please do not block. The space Step inside this large, historic home to discover four inviting bedrooms and two generous lounging areas on the main floor. The full kitchen is equipped with a stove and all the cooking supplies you'll need, along with a delightful coffee bar to kickstart your mornings. Gather for a meal at the kitchen's dining table with seating for four, or enjoy the fresh air on the outdoor patio during the warmer months. Relax and unwind with entertainment provided by televisions in the living areas and the master bedroom. The upstairs bathroom features a shower/tub, and we provide fresh towels and bathing supplies for your convenience. While this historic home does not have a dishwasher, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for hand-washing dishes. For your convenience, laundry facilities are available for use in the basement during the day. Our farmhouse is conveniently located near some of Boardman and Youngstown's most popular attractions, ensuring there is always something to do during your stay: Shopping & Dining: You're just a 5-minute drive from Poland West Plaza, home to Cinemark Theatres, Texas Roadhouse, BJ's, and countless other restaurants and shops. Guest access Access to the home is made easy with our smart lock system and security system which have specialized codes active only for the duration of your stay. You will receive all the necessary access details prior to your arrival. The shared driveway offers parking for up to two cars in front of the garage. Please be mindful not to block the driveway to ensure easy access for all. Additional parking is available on the lot. Other things to note This is a historic farmhouse, and its unique character includes classic features like stairs and the absence of a dishwasher. We allow no parties or large groups to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood.
