Nestled in vineyards, it has a bedroom with a double bed (180*200) and single bed (90*200) as well as another bedroom with a double bed (180*200), which can be converted into two single beds on request. A comfortable sofa bed offers space and comfort for two additional guests. In the bathroom, there is a double sink and toilet, a shower and a bathtub. A separate day toilet is also available. A highlight is the wine bar with a wine temperature control cabinet. Wines from local winemakers and others are available at an extra charge. An exterior staircase leads to your private vacation home. On the sunbathing lawn and the covered terrace, sun loungers and a large dining table with comfortable garden furniture invite you to linger. Restaurants are within walking distance. On request, a "filled refrigerator" can be booked before your arrival, so that you can start your vacation relaxed and cozy. This contains the following regional products: South Tyrolean mountain cheese, Sarner Kaminwurzen sausage, mountain farmer butter, fresh bread, jam, fresh hay milk, eggs, naturally cloudy apple juice as well as fruit and creamy natural yogurt.
