Welcome to Maeva! Our 47 m² apartment is located on the third floor in a new building complex, "Le Village de Lessy". This building is in the center of Chinaillon, opposite the tourist office and in the heart of the Aravis region... The space Our 47 m² apartment is located on the third floor in a new building complex "Le Village de Lessy". This building is in the center of Chinaillon, opposite the tourist office and in the heart of the Aravis region. The apartment has a large corner balcony that faces south and offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains as well as the ski slopes. The first bedroom has a double bed and a shower room. You also have storage space and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a second bathroom with washer and dryer and a separate toilet. The kitchen is nice and very well equipped. It has ceramic hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine as well as a percolator, a microwave and enough dishes for 6 people. The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, table and chairs, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Sliding doors give you access to the balcony with its stunning views! The apartment now has Wi-Fi. MGM properties have a very good reputation for the quality of their buildings and the details that are brought to the apartments. The apartment is heated by powerful electric heaters. You will be located in the heart of the village, close to shops, restaurants, bakery and opposite the tourist office. The ski slopes are within walking distance. Guests enjoy covered parking and a ski locker. For your information, the apartment is in the private part of the MGM project and therefore does not include access to their wellness area (swimming pool, etc.). The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). The end of stay cleaning is included however the premises must be left in a correct state (unmade beds, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc...)
