Cozy two bedroom apartment & parking

Renting apartments is our family's side business for the last 10+ years. In short, our goal is to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible and help whenever we can. We strive to be a real host, making our guests feel at home. Whatever is needed, we will do our best to help! The guests have full privacy and the ability to use our house's amenities and surroundings for their needs, as per agreement with the owners. The space It's cozy, full of sunshine, and a modern apartment- 76 m2, located on the second floor. The place has two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, big refrigerator, coffee machine), a washing machine (in the unit), and a nice dining/living area. Bedrooms and living rooms have separate air conditioning units (3 in the apartment). Every room has access to the terrace. If needed, one bedroom may be customized and become a separate working area, i.e. we would add a working table, a big screen (24" Dell) and an office chair. Suitable for summer/winter staying (3 air condition units and central heating installed). Guest access The apartment is in our house, on the second floor. You will have access to the house yard, stairs, and the apartment itself. Other things to note We are able to accommodate any specific need you might have- if you would like to arrange the apartment as a place for work- please feel free to reach out! Also, if you would need to use any additional amenities of the house- a place to store something (a garage), or similar- feel free to reach out as well!
