Small 4-room apartment close to hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking trails, fishing, a landscaped lake and the Champsaur family ski resorts. Relaxing living room with 1 sofa bed, kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed plus 1 single bed, possibility to put a child's bed. 1 Mezzanine with 2 single beds. Bathroom. Electric heating. Electricity is not included. Security deposit of €300. Small amenities: TV-washing machine-oven-microwave-iron... The space Sheets can be rented. It is also forbidden to sleep in my bedding without sheets. The cleaning must be done and the cottage must be returned to me in the same clean condition as when you arrived. It is strictly forbidden to use drugs in my cottages, otherwise I will notify the gendarmerie, and my smoke detector must remain in its place. Other things to note I no longer accept any animals in my cottages because of malicious customers.
