Ample parking space for cars with excellent facilities like swimming pools throughout the property along with sauna, steam room, library, gymnasium, 7-11 and fresh seafood is only a stone's throw away. The space A beautiful and cozy ground floor 1 bedroom apartment suitable for couples or small family which attaches to a public swimming pool at LPN Park Beach Resort Building A1 Room Number 103 and Building A2 Room Number 110 (we have 2 units) in Cha-am just 2 hours from Bangkok (155 kms) and 20 minutes to Hua Hin. The size of each unit is 37.5 square meters. Serene, peaceful resort next to the Cha-am beach.. lush landscaped greenery...with jogging/bicycle track. kids friendly. A good place to photographs. The total space for the apartment is 38 square meters including the terrace. The rooms are not big but I would say they are cozy size. 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed (5 foot) along with a private bathroom. Can easily fit 2-3 guests as an adult guest can sleep on the sofa couch in the living room. TV set is provided (32") with lots of channels for the whole family. We have taken care of most of the aspects of a comfortable stay so that you can focus on making memories with your loved ones. • 1 Bedroom with queen sized bed and a sofa that can accommodate another guest. Pillows and quilt provided for 3 guests. • A cupboard (wardrobe) with hangers. • 1 Bathroom with hot shower and amenities provided (shampoo and liquid soap). Please note we do not provide bath towels but swimming towels are available at no cost at the resort. Amenities like toilet rolls and shampoo will be provided when guests check in but for long term guests, they will require to replenish the amenities themselves at the 7-11 convenience store attached to the resort). • Living room with sofa that can convert to a bed along with a 32" TV. • 2 Airconditioners (bedroom and living room). • Walk out of the patio to the public swimming pool right in front of the apartment unit. • Electrolux microwave oven and a two door refrigerator. • Dining table, washing sink along with utensils provided (glasses, bottle opener, forks, spoons, bowls and plates). • Rack for drying clothes provided in the patio. We also have a lawn table with 2 chairs in the patio next to the pool. • Hair dryer for your use after swimming.
