The space 2 The Mews is nestled out of public view and sits behind stone cottage houses (see pictures). Accessed through the archway (signposted “The Mews” on wall), 2 The Mews is a house which has undergone complete refurbishment providing a bright, airy and comforting home for up to 4 people. Providing 2 double bedrooms, a study area, bathroom, kitchen/diner, utility room, living room, downstairs toilet and two small courtyards. The upper part of the house has Velux windows allowing light to flood into the home. Each bedroom comes with the wonderful benefit of remote control ceiling fan/light. One bedroom has a Kingsize bed, whilst the other can be made into either a Superking or two single beds. A Samsung TV and WiFi provide your entertainment or why not open the patio doors which lead onto a small private courtyard where seating is provided. It is wonderful here first thing in the morning as the sun rises. The other courtyard, accessed from the patio doors in the kitchen/diner also provide garden table/chairs. PARKING: 2 The Mews comes with the rare benefit of ONE allocated parking space. As you drive through the archway, turn left and you will see 2 spaces. Please only park on the left hand space. The other space is for our neighbour. PLEASE NOTE, the archway is narrow in width and will not accommodate any vehicle wider than a standard transit van. FURTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE: 1. Guests staying with children should be aware that front courtyard is not fully enclosed, so care should be taken to supervise children due to access to road. 2. The property, whilst tucked away, sits close to a local Wetherspoons Pub (“Weeping Ash”).
