Modern Duplex near Whyte/Downtown

CUTE, SPACIOUS and MODERN half-duplex with free street parking! This is my personal home and everything provided is done with care. It's a home away from home! Short drive/walk to downtown/Whyte Ave/U of A Hospital. Many coffee shops & cute stores within walking distance! Basement suite has separate entrance & occupied by myself. No partying or gatherings. The space There are three bedrooms upstairs. Primary bedroom has an en-suite and queen bed. Second bedroom is a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds (trundle bed). There is also a second full bathroom upstairs. Linen for trundle is provided in closet. Half-bath located on main level. There is no AC but I have provided fans to cool the house during warm summer days/nights. TV is accessed through Chromecast. Once you log in there are many different streaming platforms to watch shows/movies. I provide detailed instructions upon check-in but can be available if you have questions. Do you need a place to work from home? My property gives you the ability to get some work done! I have a desk on the main floor. The place has a shared wall with my neighbor (the other side of the duplex). Guest access House is located on a beautiful and quiet tree-lined street in Queen Alexandra. You have full access to the patio and free street parking. Plenty of spots on the street. The whole main floor and upstairs is yours to use. I live in the basement suite that has a separate entrance. No unregistered guests allowed on property at all times. Other things to note I live in the basement suite. However, I am not there all the time but I can be easily accessed if you need any assistance. As well, I do not smoke but allow guests the option to outside on the back deck only. NO other guests allowed on property that are not in booking party. NO parties or gatherings of any kind. Early/Late check-in/out fee is $15. Must be requested at time of booking. * main fridge is fixed as of July 8! *
