Vacation house refurnished and decorated in 2021. House for 10 people with 2 separate entrances, 2 kitchens… but can be joined between the 2 living rooms (through an inside door). The space The first part of the house includes a living room with a convertible sofa (for 2 kids, with TV by satelite) and its kitchen. A bathroom and separate toilets, and a separate bedroom with a large bed. The second part has 2 floors. Upstairs, a mezzanine (with a convertible sofa, ideal for a kid's sleeping place) and 2 bedrooms : one with 2 beds 80cmx200cm (new and high-quality bedding « Bultex »), which can be gathered together for a single queen size bed of 160x200cm. In this room, a desk and a dressing room. In the second bedroom, one large bed 160x200 with new high quality bedding Epeda and storage space. Restroom separated from bathroom. Hairdryer and washing-machine/tumble dryer. Downstairs, large living room with 2 leather sofas, a 40 inches TV (satellite), table for 8 (6 chairs inside + table and its 4 chairs outside that can be brought in), A/C, board games, tourist guides etc: the perfect place to rest after enjoying all exciting activities of the Mediterranean Sea! The living room leads to the kitchen, modern and fully equipped : Nespresso pod coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven, induction power hob, large fridge/deep freeze, dishwasher, much storage space. An outdoor area with garden lounge (2 armchairs, sofa, table) and a table for 6 people with chairs. Perfect to spend lunch time with the family, in a calm and sunny place, before going back to the beach located 3mn away ! Easy access to Montpellier/Train station by Bus/Tram and airport (15-20mn). Group of friends/Party/Pets forbidden. Non smoking area
