Royal Suite

A luxurious unmanned private suite in the center of's-Gravenzande. Access with codes. Less than 1000 meters from the beach. Within 30 minutes you are in Rotterdam, The Hague or Delft. Our house is split in two and top insulated, ground floor is the suite with a separate entrance (garden). Our room has luxury options such as a whirlpool with mood lighting, electric curtains, LED lighting, starry sky, a safe and more. Excl. deposit of €250, this must be remitted in advance. The space A luxury suite that will be completely renovated in 2025. With a pantry, garden that brings inside and outside together, a dining table with dining chairs, a makeup corner, French doors to the bathroom, an air conditioner that can also heat and of course the luxury we already had with LED lighting, starry sky, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar filled with drinks (are included). Still completely private and unmanned based on access codes. Guest access Parking in the area is free. The parking spaces around the house are by permit, so you risk a fine here. At the beginning and end of the street, there are public parking lots where you can safely and freely park the car in less than a 3-minute walk. Other things to note Our suite is unmanned, on the lower floor of our home. Entrance is through the garden. If there is anything, you can contact us by phone. Therefore, we are not physically present during check-in and check-out. However, we are available 24-7 and are happy to help if there is anything or if there are any questions. We are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The reservation does not include a deposit of €250. This must be remitted in advance because we are not present during check-in and check-out. After checking out, the space is checked, and when everything is in order, the deposit is immediately refunded. If desired, we can provide a bank statement of this. The reservation does not include breakfast.
