Private guest suite in central Brandon location

Our place is in Providence Lakes, a very quiet neighborhood and near many attractions in Tampa, including their beaches, parks, malls and the airport. Whether you are looking for a comfortable workspace or just in the area visiting, you found the right place. The space Spacious guest suite with private bathroom and independent entrance. Comfortable workspace that includes high speed internet with Roku TV and Netflix included. In the kitchenette you can get your favorite meal ready, some coffee or tea. Guest access You can use one of the three parking spots available. Should you need more space, feel free to park on the street. Access is through the gate on the right hand side of the house. Other things to note No supplies provided for stays longer than 7 days. However, we will change your sheets and towels and clean your room every 10 days approximately. Please, use mini split only while you are in the room and make sure to turn it off otherwise. Note that central AC will be working along with it. Access to property (not to be confused with room), is through a gate on the side of the property and will be shared with other guests. However, your room and bathroom are completely private.
